Red White and Blue Popsicle Recipe from SWIHA

Looking for a festive and functional way to cool down this 4th of July? These red, white, and blue popsicles aren't just beautiful to look at; they’re packed with skin-loving, gut-healing ingredients that support your body from the inside out. Whether you’re watching fireworks or relaxing by the pool, these nourishing pops are a sweet reminder that wellness can be simple AND celebratory.

Why These Ingredients Shine

  • Strawberries + Tart Cherry Juice (Red Layer)

This layer is full of vitamin C and antioxidants that support collagen production and reduce inflammation. Tart cherry juice also supports digestion and may help regulate sleep cycles thanks to its natural melatonin.

  • Coconut Milk + Collagen (White Layer)

The healthy fats in coconut milk are deeply hydrating, while collagen peptides can help improve skin elasticity, hair and nail strength, and gut integrity. Together, they create a creamy, satisfying center layer that feels indulgent and healing.

  • Blueberries + Blue Spirulina (Blue Layer)

Blueberries are antioxidant powerhouses that protect the skin from oxidative stress, while blue spirulina adds a gorgeous hue along with nutrients that support gut health, detoxification, and immune function.
