Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to create change in your life. It brings you into a highly relaxed state of inner concentration and focused attention so that you can make new choices based on the awareness and clarity that arises. Additionally, self-hypnosis is an empowering skill to reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and alleviate stress!

Today, we present to you a fifteen-minute stress-reducing Hypnotherapy session by program director, Linda Bennett. Linda is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Board Certified Hypnotherapy Instructor and Certifying Examiner as well as a Certified Life Coach and has worked for more than 25 years in the fields of higher education development and corporate training. Linda’s passion is to make learning a comprehensive and fun experience that is engaging to all students, whatever their learning style.

SWIHA offers two Hypnotherapy programs, available online & on campus:

  • The 100-hour Hypnotherapy certificate is designed for personal enrichment, self-empowerment, and offers skills that could be added to your existing holistic business practice. The program prepares you for membership into the American Board of Hypnotherapists (ABH) or National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy (NATH).

The Clinical Hypnotherapy Certificate is a vocationally oriented program for those who wish to deepen their skills and strengthen their ability to establish a private practice. By completing this program, you are eligible to take the certification processes for the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).
