Reilynn Sarmiento Coaches Teens to Think Positive and Achieve

“Life Coaching is a way for others to have someone to be a sounding board, to have someone ask simple questions that trigger a positive plan of action without telling the client what to do and to have them explore outside of their comfort zone,” Reilynn Sarmiento, a Massage Therapy graduate of Southwest Institute of Healing Arts explains, “We guide by allowing them to explore their own horizons and have them set goals for themselves.”

Reilynn was a medical assistant and patient care technician who was seeking to broaden her horizons. She says, “After doing a tour of SWIHA, I knew it was a place that I could grow spiritually and mentally.”

Through her business, RELM Body by Reilynn, she offers Life Coaching, Massage, Reiki and Intuitive Readings, working primarily with teenagers. Her sessions can be done in person or via phone. She utilizes tools such as the A.N.T (Automatic Negative Thoughts) tool to shift mindsets and allow her clients to achieve their goals.

“I love having the teens change their way of thinking by changing those negative thoughts into positive ones,” she tells us, “It’s exciting seeing my clients change in front of me knowing that they did it all with their own mind. All I did was facilitate the opportunity for it to happen.”
