SWIHA Graduate Sarah Bundy Uses her Voice to Heal through Hypnotherapy

For two decades, Sarah Bundy worked as a dental assistant—committed to the job, yet deeply aware that something was missing. Each day, she felt the toll of showing up to a career that no longer resonated with her. The stress followed her home, impacting her children and dimming the joy in her daily life. Beneath the surface, Sarah knew she was meant for something more—something aligned with healing, growth, and the soul’s deeper purpose.

That inner knowing led Sarah to begin a spiritual journey. In the fall of 2023, the path became clear when she saw an ad from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) for the Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner program, specializing in Advanced Hypnotherapy. A powerful memory surfaced: years earlier, Sarah had bought a book called Past-Life Therapy in Action at a paranormal festival. It had quietly sat on her shelf, waiting for the day she’d realize—this was her calling. Hypnotherapy wasn't just interesting—it felt like destiny.

Through her studies at SWIHA, Sarah discovered that hypnotherapy reaches into the depths of the soul, gently guiding clients to uncover what is hidden—old wounds, fears, blocks, or patterns—and heal them. She began to understand her own quiet voice in a new light. Having always been told she needed to “speak louder,” Sarah realized her calm, gentle tone was actually her greatest gift. In hypnotherapy sessions, it became a soothing guide through emotional release, trauma healing, and soul-level transformation.

One of Sarah’s greatest lessons at SWIHA was learning to love and trust herself. Her mindset shifted, boundaries strengthened, and the transformation rippled through her home life. As she began showing up differently for herself, her children began to thrive—more joy, fewer emotional outbursts, and a new level of connection. “Being able to see and feel my kids happy with a healthier mindset is amazing,” she shares.

SWIHA Sarah Bundy starts her own Hypnotherapy Business

Now the founder of Sarah’s Hypnotherapy for the Soul LLC, Sarah offers hypnosis and life coaching through in-person, FaceTime, and phone sessions. She’s in the process of developing a unique chakra balancing program that integrates hypnotherapy with energy healing tools she discovered during her SWIHA training. She has also begun connecting with women's empowerment circles—sharing her story, her gifts, and her passion to help others heal from the inside out.

Sarah credits instructors like Gisele Marasca and Sherry Gilbert for helping her hone her craft and step fully into her power. Her favorite classes—Flower Essence, Auriculotherapy with the Chakras, and Past-Life Regression—are now foundational elements in her evolving practice. She’s committed to lifelong learning and plans to continue integrating these healing modalities to best serve her clients.

To those considering their own journey at SWIHA, Sarah offers this heartfelt advice: “Enjoy your journey and know you are supported.”

Today, Sarah lives with purpose, passion, and presence. She’s created the life she once only dreamed of—a life where her voice, once considered too quiet, now echoes with soul-stirring impact.
